Our local producers

To offer sincere, high-quality cuisine, we work with trusted local producers and artisans. Their commitment, craftsmanship and strong connection to the region fully reflect the spirit of La P’tite Escale.

Romain Laneel

Mussel supplier (Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue)

Romain supplies the mussels served at the restaurant during the season. A partnership that allows us to offer a fresh, short supply chain product.

Val de Saire producer

Fresh fries from Montfarville

We work with a producer from the Val de Saire for our fries. Their potatoes, known for their quality, allow us to serve crispy and generous fries.

William & James

Artisan smokers in Carentan

Based in Carentan, William & James produce a delicately flavoured smoked trout, which we serve as a starter.

Fromagerie Réo

Camembert de Normandie

A local reference, Fromagerie Réo supplies the Camembert used in several of our recipes: casseroles, sauces and sharing boards.

Les Maîtres Laitiers

Cream in Sottevast

For our sauces and preparations, we use cream from Les Maîtres Laitiers, a guarantee of consistency and quality.

Cidrerie Hérout

Norman cider

Our cider and Calvados come from Cidrerie Hérout, which highlights Norman orchards and local apple varieties — a perfect match for our dishes.

Charcuteries de la Trappe

In Bricquebec

We trust La Trappe charcuterie for our country terrine and other products featured on our boards and starters.
